High Dimensional Precision
You can save the cost of secondary processing since the casting product processed with the lost wax technology will be close to the final shape. The final product will show good uniformity compared to other casting methods due to high dimensional precision favored by the lost wax technology.

A hardened smooth and clean casting surface (6-18S)
Many lost wax products are used as visual parts such as casting letters, Casting your company’s logo mark is also a favorite line.
Possible to apply any kind of product shape as well as complicated
structures
You may not need machining processes such as broaching, milling, pre-hollowing or possible to reduce the above processes. It is possible to unify the complex parts which are needed for welding, riveting, putting bolts and nuts, and caulking. Through the unification of the parts and chipping useless parts the final product will be compact and weighless.
You can also design freely without considering any undercutting and taper for slipping out, and even the shape of three dimensional curved surfaces you may mass-produce.
Suitable for products with high level of hardness and hard
machinability product
Even though the materials have high hardness and tackiness you can significantly reduce the processing cost of your parts. as they would have been completed close to your final products through Lost Wax Technology.
Free selection and choice of materials
You may freely select and choose the materials among carbon steel, special steel, stainless steel, carbon tool steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy so as to meet the application. In details, please refer to Handling Materials.
The mold has a very economical cost and is durable !
The mold of lost wax is able to be made at low cost compared with die-casting and forging models, Further, it is possible to use the mold many times since the mold is only for the purpose to form the wax model with little abrasion.
Suitable to make small lots among many types of parts
Lots can be produced ranging from a few 10’s to thousands of parts.
